My name is Isabella Bonello, and I graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Malta in 2025. I have a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports-related injuries, with a passion for integrating clinical Pilates into rehabilitation. I enjoy combining physiotherapy with evidence-based, Pilates-inspired movements, carefully broken down and adapted to support recovery, build strength and improve overall function.
