Karl Camilleri graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from the University of Malta in 2016. After gaining experience in a variety of clinical settings, he developed an interest in sports medicine and completed a Master's degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at University College London (UCL) in 2021.
He has since worked primarily in sports medicine, providing assessment, rehabilitation and injury prevention for athletes, including working with several football teams in Malta.
Outside of physiotherapy, Karl enjoys staying active through strength training and running. His passion for sport helps him understand the physical demands placed on athletes and active individuals, allowing him to deliver practical, evidence-based care.
